3. Membership & Access

• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• Members must not share access cards, keys, or login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your access.
• If 24/7 access is provided, you agree to use the space responsibly at all times.

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access if misuse is detected.

4. Payments & Fees

• All memberships and services must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• Prices are listed on our website or agreed upon directly.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of access.

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

• All payments for memberships, bookings, and services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Unused time or services
• Early termination by the member
• Temporary absence or non-use of the space

Exceptions (if applicable):

• If Qworkingo - Coworking Space Bitola is unable to provide the agreed service due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Refunds for specific bookings (e.g. meeting rooms) may be considered only if cancellation is made at least 24/48 hours in advance.

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the space in a lawful and respectful manner
• Not disturb other members (e.g. excessive noise, harassment)
• Not damage property or equipment
• Not use the space for illegal or unethical activities

We may immediately terminate your membership if these rules are violated.

7. Property & Personal Belongings

• You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.
• Qworkingo - Coworking Space Bitola is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
• Any damage caused to our property must be paid for by the responsible member.

8. Internet Usage

• Internet access is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or security.
• You are responsible for securing your own devices and data.
• Illegal downloading, hacking, or misuse of the network is strictly prohibited.

9. Health & Safety

You agree to follow all safety guidelines and local regulations while using the space. We reserve the right to deny access if safety rules are not followed.

10. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Qworkingo - Coworking Space Bitola is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Use of the coworking space is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• If payments are not made
• If your behavior negatively impacts others

Termination may occur without refund.
